本脱水机为三足悬摆式，可避免因转鼓内载重不平衡而在运转时产生地脚振动。
外壳和顶盖是不锈钢板所制，底盘材料为铸铁，出水管在底盘下方，底脚座及柱脚材料均为铸铁。
主轴采用优质钢材所制，装有两只轴承，下端用推力球轴承支持，以减少磨损，节省动力。
转鼓采用铜板或不锈钢板冲孔制成，笼底座为铸铁件，并衬有不锈钢底罩。转鼓装在主轴上端的锥面上，以保证运转平稳。
本脱水机采用了独立的电动机通过三角胶带传动，装有离心式起步法兰，可使机器缓步起动，其制动效能高，能使转鼓迅速停转，可避免主轴因制动而受到扭力。

Stainless steel shell and roof system boards, chassis materials, cast iron, the bottom outlet pipe in the chassis,at the end of the foot and plinth blocks are cast iron materials.
Spindle system by using high-quality steel, quipped with two bearings,thrust ball bearings with the lower end of support in order to reduce the wear and tear ,to save power.
Drum using copper or stainless steel button-hole is made of cast iron pieces for the cage base and cover liner at the end of stainless steel.Drum mounted on a spindle on top of the cone in order to ensure smooth operation.
The dryer uses a separate tape drive motor through the triangle, starting with centrifugal flange ,the machine can start slowly, and its high-performance braking ,stopping quickly to enable the drum, could have been avoided due to braking by the spindle torque.
