HTC serious electric heating dying machine developed by our company is a
new type which is designed based on the market need. It is suitable for small
amounts of fabric, so it has low bath ratio, small power consumption and fast
running speed, ensures good dying effect and quality, and also can directly use
common production process. Moreover, it has different specifications can be chose,
such as, 3kg, 5kg, and 10kg. It is very necessary to factories, schools, academy.
技术特点Characteristics:
适合处染织物：纯棉、涤纶/棉混纺、涤纶、腈纶、尼龙、苎麻、粘胶人造纤维、棉/麻混纺等。
机体及所有与染液接触部分均采用高抗腐蚀不锈钢制造；
提升辊由变频器控制的马达驱动，使织物运行与提升辊之间的滑移减少至，确保辊筒与织物接近同步运行；
特殊设计之不锈钢耐腐蚀泵，使染液杂循环过程中保持一定的压力与流速，为织物在染液中顺利运行提供了可靠的保证；
纯溢流机构之喷嘴，其特殊设计的构造为织物运行提供更深的染液渗透力；
升温过程全自动控制。
Suitable for dyeing fabric: cotton, polyester/cotton blended yarn, polyester,
acrylic, nylon, ramie, viscose rayon fiber, cotton/linen blended, etc.
The machine body major whetted parts are made of highly corrosion stainless steel..
Life reel is driven by invert controlled motor to minimize the slippage between fabric
and lifter and fabric running at the same time.
Unique designed stainless steel centrifugal pump makes dye liquor to keep certain
pressure and flow rate.Thus ensures fabric smooth delivery in dye liquor.
Jet nozzle pure overflow construction provides more strong osmosis of liquor circulation
for fabric delivery.
Automatic control.
