HCQ系列-常温气流染色机的运作原理是利用气体动力混合染液进行染色。由于采用气体作为驱动织物的动力，织物可以在无液体的状态下运行；使气流染色机可以用最小量的染液进行染色。带动织物的气流与喷嘴出来的染液混合在一起成雾状均匀地喷洒在织物表面上，良好的渗透使织物获得最优质的染色效果。
HCQ series Normal Temperature Airflow Dyeing Machine works on the principle of the aerodynamic dyeing system ,i.e.dyeing by the mixing the dyestuff's with airflow.When the fabric transport takes place by means of airflow,the fabric can run without liquor,thus consuming the i minimal quantity of dye liquor.The airflow mixes with the dyestuff's and subsequently the liquor is atomized and evenly sprayed onto the surface of the fabric.This is to ensure a high penetration of the fabric and consequently achieve the excellent dyeing effect.

★Extreme low and constant liquor ratio:
1.Liquor ratio can be as low as 1:2 and 1:4 depending on the types of fabric.
2.Constant liquor ratio even with fabric loading from 50% to 100%.

1.Smooth fabric running on Teflon rods storage chamber with no entanglement.
2.Low tension of fabric by air suction support transportation.
